Terrace Lofts houses forty-eight new residences in the Loft District. These studio, one, and two bedroom units are equipped with all brand new plumbing fixtures, appliances, central air conditioning, flooring, historic widows, electrical fixtures, garage or gated parking, and much more. The building boasts a beautiful courtyard, swimming pool, and dog walk. All of the interior units have either a balcony or patio (first floor), overlooking the courtyard, and pool. The units range in size from 480 square feet to just over 1200 square feet. This building also has storage units available for the tenants of the building.
